This is due to an excess of people signing up for a few hours only to download all the setsand unsubscribe then rejoining a few months later. The other option would be to have only a few sets posted at a time and the older sets be removed once a month. Remember, if you are a current subscriber you are grandfathered in and your billing period and rate will not change. If you cancel your membership, you will be billed for the new rate and time period when you re-subscribe.
